  • Hello,
I apologize for the inconvenience, I will do some tests to see if I can duplicate the issue. By any chance are you using any language plugins?

Im only using Loco Translate. But I also tried to deactivate it and the language was still english.

    Best regards

I did a quick test by changing the Language to “Deutsch” which worked, however I noticed that they have additional language options in Deutsch that did not work.

Are you using any of the following language options below?

    • Deutsch (Osterreich)
    • Deutsch (Sie)
    • Deutsch (Schweiz)
    • Deutsch (Schweiz, Du)

    Thank you very much!

Glad its working, have a great day!

Hello, I have a same issue. Plugin doen’t translates my language (Russia), but
    it doen’t translates only this:
    Please select the correct icon.
    and
    Please select an icon.

Can you help me in this?

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I’ll take a look at the translation file to see if those lines are missing.

Everything appears to be working when I changed the language to русский.

Just a few questions to help me debug:
Are you using the free version of the plugin or the pro version of the plugin?
Is your version of the plugin up to date?
Are you using any language plugins?

I have Polylang and loco translate plagins. I have normal version of your plugin and it is last version.

    Hello,
I wanted to give a quick update on this issue as it has come up again from another plugin user. After looking into the issue even further, I was unable to resolve the issue, I believe it may be a problem with how Contact Form 7 runs its custom validation function which is what I am using. I will continue to look into this issue and try to find a fix.
