Wrong Language at Cart and Checkout

    Hello,

    i have searched a lot with google and here at the support page, but i dont find an answer. I have seen some people with the same problem but i hella cant understand why woocommerce blocks is translated in german in my editor for the site and wont switch to german on my website.
    I have read that woocommerce blocks isnt fully translated in german but the only things i need to be translated are already in german (i can see that in the editor).
    I have even tryed different settings, eg with mobile data, if it anything changes because of location (already set to germany), it doesnt.

    So, the next problem is that if i open my website as private or even a friend of me opens the site with his phone or else it seems to be that an item is already in the cart. I am like (?????????) over my head and cant understand anything..
    I have tryed Loco translate and everything. Im not sure but i can remember it worked in german a while ago..

    Normally i can do everything whithout anyone to ask because i google a lot and learn it by the hard way to solve problems so my skills raise but i cant understand.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
