Wrong links are sent form subscription confirmation

Hi there,

The plugin don’t work anymore on my blog. When someone try to subscibe, he’s supposed to receive a confirmation email to validate the subscription. But instead, he receive a “manager link” and it’s impossible then to confirm subscription…

Can ssomeone help me with this?
