Wrong Location and IP address

    Hello Team,
    I was using it for a long time plugin everything was going great of course, I don’t have a cache only Cloudflare.
    Today I was checking the websites and the redirecting is not working
    also in the debug my location doesn’t exist
    I’m not using any VPN also tried different browsers and different locations.
    Let me know about it, please.
    I disabled the plugin for now till this is fixed.

    Can I know the IP detected in the debug.log? Your server may behond a reverse proxy. Please make sure the correct IP address has been forwareded to the backend.

    Hello,
    I’m using the latest version of plugin here is a copy of the logs I am having

    I have 2 websites the main and the Lebanon
    if the location of the user is in Lebanon and he tried to open the main website it should redirect him to the Lebanon website
    and the opposite if he is outside Lebanon and try to open the Lebanon website he should be redirected to the main website
    it is working for some of my clients but it is not working for the others.
    when it try to read the location it gets this ??? and not LB or the country location.

    Can I know your BIN database version for further investigation?

    It looks like there is a problem with the IP detection from CloudFlare. We will release a new version for the fix ASAP.
