Wrong meeting id

    The browser view has the wrong meeting id. If I set the propal meeting id – it works, but why there is a wrong default meeting id???

    Thanks for reaching us!
    Could you please clarify what you mean by the default meeting ID? The main point is that the plugin only works with scheduled meetings and not with recurring or internal meetings.
    Meeting number of browser view is always compatible with Zoom meeting application. Please make sure you have the last version of eRoom plugin and you synchronized it with Zoom meetings.
    I also want to notify you that in the browser view, other elements like an attendee, guest name are default unset for each new created meetings.

    So, eroom works only with automatic generated meeting id,

    But eroom not working with our personal-Meeting-ID 778 464 6767. But we have always the same id for all our meeting. But in eroom browser view in this case is wrong meeting id. only if i manuell change the id, it works…

    Thanks for reporting this problem. Yes, in the browser view, there is an issue that will be solved in the next updates. Currently, we are working on the plugin improvements
