Hello, I have problem with meta data in just published posts.
Problem is in state new_to_publish, if the post wasn’t saved earlier as a draft or wasn’t seen in preview mode then the meta data is incorrect. Yoast is using random images from post content as og:image and url to post is incorrect (example.com/?p=1234). After cache refresh (another post save) meta data is correct but this isn’t a solution, it shouldn’t work like that.

I have disabled preload funcion in WP Rocket, only standard cache function is on.

    Yoast SEO 14.1
    WP Rocket 3.5.5.1
    WP 5.4.1

  • Hi @youdidnt,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We believe that this is a plugin or theme conflict, as we are not able to replicate this behavior on our testing sites. Can you please test check if you can replicate the issue when Yoast SEO is the only active plugin on the site? We recommend doing it using a staging site or with the Health Check plugin following these steps.
