Wrong name in the confirmation mail

    Hi there,
    unfortunately, my tranlatePress-PlugIn is conflicting with my woocommerce-PlugIn

    That causes the following issue: when translatePress is activated the confirmation mail always shows the name of my first client, no matter which name was typed in.

    When translatePress is deactivated everything is working as it should.

    Do you have any solution for this?

    Hi,

    We don’t know about any issue with WooCommerce.
    Be sure you use the latest version of both plugins.

    It’s also possible that you have translated somehow the Hi %s string from WooCommerce to Hi (that name that you talking about).
    If it is the case, not sure how you managed that…but the solution is to exclude the string Hi %s from being translated using the Exclude gettext strings option from TP Settings –>Advanced Settings.

    I’ve had this problem, too. I can confirm that Alex’ solution works. The string is actually
    Hi %s,
    (Domain: woocommerce).
