Wrong notification: “is open”/”is closed”

  • Hello!

    I got a problem with the “is open” and “is closed” notification: As default the notification always is “closed” even – according to the opening hours – the notifiction should be “open”.

    When I delete the Monday on the opening hour set (when the shop is closed) – the notification is correct again. But the next day I got the same problem again and I have to delete Monday to get a correct notification again.

    I hope you could give me an idea how to solve this problem.

    Hi,

    so is there any case when it actually says “open”? In the overview, when you activate highlight for currently running period, is it then highlighted in the overview when the shop is open? Have you checked your timezone in Settings > General is set up correctly?
