After inserting my latest post, if I insert the link in a social post, the title, description and photo are from another post of mine, even if then accessing the link leads to the correct post on my site
I noticed that the “Media Pages” option was greyed out. I proceeded to reactivate it, for the moment without success.
Even inserting images on Pinterest, the title and description is wrong

    Hello @adrirobot,

Thanks for reaching out about your social sharing images. I checked the two screenshots you shared and didn’t see a noticable difference in the images. I then ran your URL through Facebook sharing debugger and the same image shows – https://pasteboard.co/AahbyU6RRodA.png.

Can you let me know what image you expect to see?

Thanks for adding more information. The screenshots you shared show what you entered in the Yoast SEO plugin as the SEO title and meta description.

Please navigate to the social tab of the Yoast SEO meta box and fill in the desired Facebook title, description and image. This is what is used for social sharing.

Let me know how that goes.

I tried to edit the data that was there, but it doesn’t seem to be accepted.
I cleared the cache, to no avail.
I also noticed that for posts where the link works, the Social tab is empty.

    Hi there,

You mentioned the data is not getting saved in the social tab of Yoast SEO metabox.

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out conflict is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty-Two.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts.

Can you please inform us of the results so we can help you figure out what the problem is?

The images, text and link are now correct, so it is possible to positively close the topic.
