Wrong option

I have being using WpCasa themes since a while. Since last year update it has being a nightmare, all with issues, forget about customer support. Their themes are fancy, but their usabilty and performance are a mess. I have acquired from them, themes, addons and even custom development. I have being looking for customer support for months and the only reply I got is that from the automatic email responder. The best recommendation is to look for a true established company with real customer support.
