    After purchasing the product and going through the whole process of installing and activating it when I try to join the Zoom meeting as a Hosting and again as a guest it tells me that the password is wrong ( even if i put a password or not – the same error). Please help me with this issue.

    Thanks for your request!
    Could you send us a password to test, please? Please retry it by choosing the “Join in Zoom App” option. Since in the “Join in browser”, you will be the guest by default.

    We are working on the plugin improvements and will try to give you better services.
