    Hello!

    First – GREAT PLUGIN!

My question: When somebody login in and type wrong password/username, the plugin redirect person to the same page, with no information about making it wrong. Do you have any solution?

    Hello @zaraza9106 and @arsama,

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. I have reproduced the issue locally. Yes, Tutor LMS redirects the user on the same course page after inserting wrong login information.

I have added this as an Improvement. We will try to implement this in our future updates. We are continuously releasing updates even in the Corona Pandemic situation. Hopefully, you will be patient and cooperate with us.

    Regards,
    Mehedi

@mehedih @anim07 Team, I too am facing the same issue. I have been able to tie it down to an incompatibility with Rank Math Seo Suite. Once Rank math is activated the login error messages on the dashboard don’t popup. It just comes back to the login page without any error message. Woo-Commerce Login and wp-admin don’t seem to be affected by the same. it is just the Tutor LMS login pages.

I could see that the site linked by @zaraza9106 is also using Rank Math SEO.

@arsama can you please also confirm if you are also using rank math so that Tutor team can work in a specific direction.

@singhgaurav yes, You are right. I am using rank math seo. I am waiting for update and changes in login page, but for now i repalce the login page with wordpress login and add redirection to tutor dashboard. It resolve problem temporary.

I am lookig forward for real problem fix.

@zaraza9106 Which redirection plugin are you using? I might as well use woocommerce login temporarily and redirect it to the dashboard.

I have raised a ticket with themeum as well as Rank Math. Let’s hope one of them finds a solution.

@zaraza9106 I had a word with RankMath team, and as a quick workaround you can go to the dashboard page and add SEO Meta description for the same. It should start giving correct error messages. Basically, the SEO Meta Description should not be Blank or %exerpt%. You can type in SEO meta description or use %sitedesc%.

This was the reason as found out by RankMath Team

By default, Rank Math uses excerpt in SEO description and since LMS plugin is adding scripts and other data in excerpt it is breaking the layout.

    Hope this helps.
