The link I get with Woocommerce not activated and working is

With Woocommerce activated I get this one and it doesn′t work because cause it loop to the form again and asks me to write in my email och username again.

    https://www.mydomain.se/mitt-konto/lost-password/?key=6SIXQAHvJFJRHd7Ud44F&id=1&login=kungen

Something generates wrong link or malformed link when I activate Woocommerce.

    Hey @eppz ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

As a first step, can you please head over to ?WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced→ Page setup, and scroll down to the Account endpoints section. Then, please check that theLost password?endpoint is set correctly???Here is an example of what it should look like:

If that looks good, can you try flushing your permalinks and see if that makes any difference? You can do this via?Settings →?Permalinks. Click?“Save Changes”?without making any actual changes there.

    WC Version: 9.3.3
    WC Database Version: 9.1.4

If the problem is still not resolved, I’m able to see that the sites WooCommerce Database version is outdated and doesn’t match the WooCommerce core version. A mismatch can lead to odd behavior like this.

I’d suggest updating your WooCommerce Database to see if that resolves the issue. This can be done via WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Update database.

We always recommend ensuring that you have a good backup of your full site and database before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

Please let us know how this goes!

@michaelone – Can you check the lost password endpoint, and try flushing your permalinks, and see if that resolves the issue on your end? If not, since each sites environment differs, and in order to align with the?forum guidelines, would you?please?start your own topic?

We’ll be more than happy to help there. ??

i updated my database and flushed my permalinks

    new system report https://paste.mozilla.org/M1E3zyRw

the account end points seem to be correctly set up

when i try testing with a customer account i get the correct password reset link.

but this happened to 2 customers before updating the databse

if the issue happens again what could be the problem?

    Hey @eppz ,

Thanks for the update, and I’m glad to hear that you’re now getting the correct link!

In this case, since you updated the WC Database and flushed the permalinks, this may have been where the issue was stemming from, and has now been resolved.

If it happens to pop up again, you can try flushing your permalinks. Flushing your permalinks updates the .htaccess file with the correct rewrite rules. The .htaccess file is used by web servers (like Apache) to control how URLs are rewritten and how certain requests are handled.

I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved, however feel free to create a new topic if you need any further help.

Also, if you have a minute, we’d love it if you could leave us a review:
