    If I try to change the password or the e-mail on the account page, it is NOT working (there is a slash / at the end of the url) – if I refresh the page the slash disappears and I can change password, e-mail etc. Is this a bug? Can anyone help? Best regard, Markus

    Hi @24sieben,

    What version of the Ultimate member core you have installed on your site?
    This issue can be caused by some conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    We use the latest version of all plugins, wordpress and the divi theme.
    We deactivated all plugins – without any result.
    Maybe You can help?

    Hi @24sieben,

    Have you assigned correct account page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages?
    Do you have any security or caching plugins installed?
    Please make sure to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if it helps.
    Please also check developers console of your browser while of account page and see if you have any errors there.
