    Hello D800,

the pictures are uploaded in the wrong order. The oldest image is displayed first.

Actually there is no “order” because simply there is no “order” in the Media Library. I guess you are using an extension of WP/LR Sync then? Which one?

The images have a unique file name and will be renamed by Lightroom. Title – sequence number – original name. Other renames not work.

I don’t understand this sentence. Is this related to the wrong order issue?

I load the images directly in WordPress in the media folder high, the images are displayed in the correct order. It just does not work with the plugin WP / LR!

Although I will not rename the images from Lightroom, the order is wrong

There is no order in the Media Gallery. There is no concept like this. WordPress by default order this list by upload time but this doesn’t matter anywhere else system-wise. WordPress could order by something else later, like the update time, the title or anything else. It’s not a bug, nor an issue, it’s just the way WordPress works ??

Thing is… Why is it a problem for you? It should not be.

If you think it’s a problem, you could drop a message at Adobe telling them that the Publish function (my plugin cannot override this) doesn’t send the new images in order.

Order only matters in galleries and that order can be changed in them.
