wrong popup loading

    we have a few forms built using ninja forms on which we use thank you popups on the website , we have noticed an issue while we have thank you message for form submit popup chosen in the background to appear an incorrect/irrelavant popup appears only when i disable this irrelavant popup does the correct one appear. i have tried to create popups from scratch and add them to new forms but i have seen a different popup appear.

  • Hi @nmanikon ,

    You don’t have to disable any popup; you only have to prevent the wrong popup(s) from displaying on the page by using Popup Maker’s:

    • Targeting and
    • Negative conditions.

    Simply:

    1. Edit any popup you do not want to display on the page,
    2. Go to the “Popup Settings” box > “Targeting,”
    3. Go to the “Choose a condition” dropdown > “Pages” > “Pages: Selected,” and select the page you do not want the popup to display on.
    4. Click the Negative/Opposite Condition button (so it turns red) to show the popup on all pages except the selected one.
