The post date, also on front page and as well in archives has the wrong date. If I post today on (11/10/19) it would show (11/11/19) instead of the supposed (11/10/19). It’s one day later and when I try to change the date in the editor, it still shows one day later than supposed to be or sometimes won’t let me change the date to the older one.

Please help! Thank you so much, I have e-mailed you with priority support and I hope that you’ll answer this.

Thanks for using Shift! Sorry for the issue with the post dates.

Can you check your timezone setting? You can find it in the General Settings menu inside your WP admin dashboard. If the timezone setting isn’t configured there, it can lead to incorrect times displayed for the posts on the front-end of the site.

It is configured, the problem is 24 hours thing and it confuses the theme somehow into thinking that it’s the next day.

    Thank you for responding!

Can you try deactivating all plugins on your site and then check if this corrects the issue? The “Bulk Actions” dropdown menu in the Plugins menu will make this fairly quick to test out.

I haven’t heard of this issue before with Shift and can’t recreate it on a test site which is making me think it could be a plugin conflict rather than a bug in the theme.
