Wrong price/ conversation rate

Hi,
My shop currency is USD, but DHL shows prices in RUB. Price just has a $ symbol, but amount is actually in RUB. As you can see on the screenshot the price 2400.34 for 0.5 kg package. That should be about 40$

I tried to change currency in plugin setting but that doesn’t help. Other plugins I used before had a conversion option. That allows to apply current exchange rate automatically or set your own value. In case this option doesn’t exist for your plugin I’d be very grateful if you could share a php code which allows to set exchange rate manually.
