I use scheduling for product sales. When the special sale ends, the product price changes to the special sale price, not the original price, where is the problem?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear about the troubles with sale pricing!

Can you please specify what exactly do you have in mind by “special sale”? Is it the regular sale price added in the product settings?

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#general-section

Or is it something else, like a sale price added using a third-party plugin?

Please head to WooCommerce >> Status in wp-admin, copy your System Status Report and paste it here.

Also, is the same thing happening to completely new simple products set on sale?

    Thank you!

In that case, you’re likely having a problem with WP cron jobs. More info on that can be found here:

    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/16827

I recommend installing WP Crontrol – that should help.

Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!

You mention you “used this method”, but there are a few methods there in that post. Can you please elaborate on what exactly you did from that post?

If you are still not having success with your cron, please contact your host for more help, as this is an issue with your host/site environment.
