Wrong rates

    Hi there,

    The plugin isn’t giving me the correct rates, I entered my account number in the plugin and it is for example showing me the price 11USD for local shipping when it is supposed to be 12.26 USD

  • Our plugin fetches the real-time rates using FedEx API.

    Our Plugin will not affect or taken care of the rates for the local shipping

    It doesn’t matter whether the shipping was local or international, it still gives me 11$ if I am shipping to anywhere in the world.

    Can you please provide me the complete debug request and response along with the screenshot of the settings page.
