Wrong rel="canonical" usage

    Hi! First of all thanks for the great plugin.

    Except for the inability of the plugin exclude posts with restricted access to public from XML sitemap, I found out that canonical metatag shows incorrect link on pages >1.

    For example, on page 2 of the main page it shows: <link rel=”canonical” href=”https://mysite.com/page/2/”&gt; instead of the correct <link rel=”canonical” href=”https://mysite.com”&gt;

    However, since I excluded pages from listing on search engines by adding noindex, this shouldn’t really matter, but still worth adressing the issue…
