Wrong results display when an option is deleted

    Hello. I have a little problem.

    Let’s say we have a question with 3 possible options :
    – aaa
    – bbb
    – ccc

    I choose ccc and submit form. If I go in admin tab, select the question and delete option ccc, the result of my previous submit doesn’t show ccc anymore as my answer. There is just aaa and bbb. Get it ?

    I would like the results displayed to not change if the options are modified / deleted
