Wrong results page loads

Hi,
I’m really struggling to get the correct results page to load after a user takes my test. If, for example there is 4 questions and I want a ‘Fail’ message if they get 1 or 2 correct, or a Passed message if they get 3 or 4 questions correct – how would I put this into the system?
I hope that makes sense?
