Wrong review page after payment -> step address

    Hi,

    we use the Paypal Buttons on cart and checkout page and we have not activated the “Skip review” page due to german laws (acceptance of agb and privacy).

    But after payment the user is redirected to the page “step-address” and not to the final review page. When he then clicks on the button “Weiter zu Schritt 2” the order is completed and the user is redirected to the confirmation page.
    This is independent wether the client pays via button or the “normal” checkout.

    We have various paypal orders which are not completed and we suppose it’s because of this unusual behaviour.

    I cannot find any configuration concerning this, any hint?
