Wrong shipping cost calculated

    I am using the plugin in my website. It is working and shows the prices but the calculated prices don’t match the agreement I have DHL. It shows much higher prices.

    What do I need to fix?

  • Hi.

    Make sure you have entered the correct Account number and in the plugin settings you need to enable “Show Account Rates” under Rates and Services.

    If you still face issues do let me know.

    “Enable Real time Rate” is checked..

    credentials are correct and still the costs showing are not right..

    Did you enable the Show Account Rates Option under the Rates and Services Tab?

    Please turn on the debug mode in the plugin settings and while calculating the shipping cost copy and attach the debug data here.

    Also do send me a screenshot of the expected rates calculated on the DHL site and the rates returned by the plugin with the same address and package dimension and weight.

    ok now.. price shows (turned out there was more than one option of world express that were not checked)

    but rates are wrong..

    shiiping the 2kg product to UK shows as 734 AED
