Wrong shortcode initialized

    I have created my survey using Survey Maker plugin, and created the page via Elementor.

    When I’m logged in on the website builder, everything works fine. But, when I’m not logged in, I see the error “Wrong shortcode initialized” on the page that should have the the survey (https://horistic.com/bem-vindo-a-horistic-form/)

    Can you guys help me?

    We reviewed your case and confirmed that the survey is opening as expected.
    We did not encounter any issues on our end.

    Can you, please, let us know if you have caching enabled?
    It’s possible that a cached page is loading each time.
    If you do have caching enabled, please clear all caches and try accessing the survey again using different devices and in incognito mode.
