    Hello everyone

    My site has different ordering options for physical products. Customers can choose between two payment options – by invoice or by Twint (it’s like Paypal).

    Now three customers have ordered on our site, two have the status “pending”, one has the status “completed”. I can no longer see any differences and in the right log of the order there is nothing about “status changed to completed”.

    What could be the problem here?

    Do you mind sharing more details about the orders with us?

    Which status were you expecting the orders to have?

    Which plugins are you using for the payment gateways?

    Which payment method was used in each order?
