wrong tax calculation when using inclusive

    Hello
    I dont know why woocommerce calculate tax this way..
    so when i use ( Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax )
    i get:
    product price is 10 $
    tax = 17%
    so tax should be 1.7 $
    but it show 1.45 $ tax on checkout
    so now the product price is 8.55 $ instead of 8.3 $

    when i use ( No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax )
    product price is 10 $
    tax = 17%
    i get 1.7$ tax
    so customer should pay price + tax = 11.7 $

    for me it is simple it should always return 1.7$

    so my problem is with ( Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax )
