I also wrote to the support because I use the Pro Version, but no one got back to me, not even a auto response mail. We have a store based in Germany using WooCommerce Germanized, german VAT is 19%.
When someone in another country buys our product on ebay, the price to be paid is correct, but german VAT is applied instead of either the correct foreign VAT or no VAT (to the USA for example).

Probably I made the wrong choice in the options? Or in the profiles? Not sure where I chose the wrong checkmark. What should I be looking for?

    Hi @thegentatwpforum

I did reply, not sure why you did not receive my email.

I will reply to your latest email again on the support form. If you don’t get a reply, here is what I said:

    HI Andreas.

How do you have your VAT settings set in WP-Lister?

Did you setup your tax/VAT settings in WP-Lister? You need to configure your tax settings in WP-Lister, so WP-Lister will know how to apply VAT to the orders in WC that WP-Lister creates.

You will need to configure the settings in the "Order taxes" section of the advanced settings page of WP-Lister.

If you have setup taxes in WC and assigned tax rates to each product in WC, you would most likely want to use the "Automatically detect taxes" setting in each plugin. Then you should check new WC orders that are created from eBay sales to ensure the taxes are showing properly.

You can mouse over the tool tip for the "order tax processing" setting to learn about how each option works.

    Kind regards
    John

Please only reply to the email you receive if you do receive it. If you still don’t receive my reply, you can reply to this forum post.

    Thanks!
