    BackupGuard 1.2.0 Platinum

I’ve bought the other day the Platinum edition.
I’m very disappointed to discover backups use wrong time stamp: I’m in Italy UTC +1:00 and BackupGuard seems to use always UTC time for time stamp in the file name and logs.
    This is a problem.

@backupguard Why does this continue to happen? I’ve archived your reply.

    When you read this:

    BackupGuard 1.2.0 Platinum

I’ve bought the other day the Platinum edition.

You reply like so. Seriously, this is one you can cut and paste.

Hi Customer! I hope you’re having a swell day!

I’d like to answer you but as you are a customer, and as I have been repeatedly informed to the point of possibly having all of my many accounts here banned and my plugins associated with those accounts on www.ads-software.com closed, I can’t have a conversation with you here.

It does not matter if you say it also applies to the “free” version. Customers cannot seek support here. Once you’ve made a purchase then you cannot seek support for that plugin in these forums.

Please contact me on the site you made that purchase and we can talk there.

    Have a nice day!

    You get the idea.

As this is a repeat, this will be reported to the plugins team. You can use the #forums channel to get clarification from the moderators there if you choose but this is pretty cut and dry.

Once a user crosses over to a customer they can’t be supported for that plugin here.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
