Wrong time displayed

    I did my research, and can find no known cause. I know this topic was written about before, but I could not find a resolution.

    I have the correct time zone (Chicago) selected in general settings, and I have “use the site-wide time zone everywhere” selected in TEC settings. I have two events, and they are both displaying as 5 hours ahead of the time selected. The month view works fine, but the list view displays incorrectly.

    I have cleared the cache, I have disabled plugins. I have even rolled back the TEC plugin. Please help!

    I have noticed while in edit mode (Beaver Builder), the time displays correctly. It reverts to the incorrect time after saving/publishing. Not sure if this is a good clue or not, figured I’d mention it in case.

    I believe I have solved the issue. I think it was a conflict with the plugin “Timed Content for Beaver Builder”. I will report this to that plugin creator.

    Hi @hpthatsme, sorry to hear about this. Yes, could potentially be caused by a conflict with another plugin. Appreciate you doing the testing for conflicts https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/.

    Moreover, I would also suggest using a third-party plugin, Health Check Plugin — this plugin can be really helpful when testing for conflicts. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
