Wrong time slots shows up when booking

First of all, thanks for a great plugin!
I tried contacting you via the contact form, but I’m not sure if it went through. Now I’m trying here instead.
I’m having a problem with the staff option. I have only one staff member registered in the settings, but when one is making a booking on the frontend, they have three choices:
“all”, “admin” and “Ejsa”.Is there a way of changing the per default chosen option on the fronted from “all” into “Ejsa”? And to not show the other two options (“all” and “admin”)?
Right now the “admin” and “all” options leads to time slots that are not actually available. The time slots are very random. They are not even representing the company opening hours – I don’t know where these time slots come from. It seems like there might be a staff member called admin which is registered with some random working hours. But this user is nowhere to be seen or edited.
