Wrong time zone in "local timezones"

I’m in EST/EDT and the timezones used are UTC. During the summer we are -4 UTC, and the winter we are -5 UTC. It’s defaulting at -5 and I can’t find a place to adjust it. We use this calendar a lot as we have classes at my business almost every day. This means I have to remember to change the timezone for every event I enter and will have to until November…
