Wrong title and double popup for Twitter share button

Hi,

I’m having a small issue with the Twitter button. Everytime it is clicked, two popups appear, which are thus sometimes blocked by some browser’s popup blockers.
Additionally, if the button is displayed within an article on the front page, the shared title is simply the title of the home page, not the title of the article.

Fixing this issue would be appreciated, but even a little guidance would help to make me able to fix the issue. It seems that the plugin author doesn’t provide the full unobfuscated source code of the Shariff.js, but instead only the minified version. That makes debugging a pain..
