Wrong tooltip text for shopping basket icon

Using Rife free 2.4.21 theme with Raven design and Woocommerce (Swedish language).
The tooltip text or hover text of the shopping basket at the top right displays “Sidopanel f?r butik”. This equals to “Sidepanel/Sidebar for shop” which is a enterily different widget. I have looked everywhere to change this text but could not find it.
Instead it should display something like “Varukorg” which means “Shopping basket”. The other icons have correct tooltips.
This is the widget (called Varukorg = Shopping basket):
As you can see the Headline for the widget is “Varukorg”, so that does not affect the tooltip:

@tobifjellner ; I found the translation. And the translation itself is correct but it is referencing to two things, one in the header which perhaps is wrong and causing the issue?:
