Wrong URL in Settings

    Please help me!
    I made a misstake and I can′t resolve it.
    In the administation – ”General/settings” at line three : WordPress adress (URL) I made a misstake and forgot the correct URL. Now the blog looks like nothing, no CSS and I can′t get back to the administration.
    Where can i correct the URL? I have looked in all the php documents and can′t find the misspelled URL. WordPress is installed on a private server.
    Any idea? Someone..
    Reinstall?
