• Hi,
I was using this for a few days without adding or changing anything and it was fine.

But today, the url is mysite.com/shop and nothing goes into the cart.

The url was mysite.com/cart before and working fine.

    Any idea what’s wrong.

    Hello Scott,
I’m not sure I understand the question completely. When you say ‘nothing goes into the cart’, are you saying that you are unable to add anything to the cart in your shop? Does the issue go away if you disable WooCommerce Menu Cart?
Menu Cart takes the urls from your shop settings, WooCommerce > Settings > Product for the shop page and WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout for the Cart & Checkout page.

If you could provide a link to your site or some screenshots that may help to get some context too.

    Thanks!

What he means by this is that when you click on the cart button instead of taking you to the cart page (/cart) it takes you to the shop page (/shop).

    Im having the same issue.

I just noticed that if something is in the cart, then it will direct you to the cart page. But if nothing is in the car then it will take you to the shop page.

I dont remember it being like that. Before if there was nothing in the cart it would just take you to the cart page and tell you there was nothing there.

Items go into the cart now. But as bigefromdabx says, when cart is empty, the url changes to /shop. Is there way to make it be /cart even when empty?

Ah I see, thanks for clarifying – this has been like that since version 1.0 ??
If there’s nothing in the cart, there’s no reason to visit the cart page (for most shops, that is). You can override this with a filter: Change Menu Cart URL / Redirection (Free version)

Let me know if you need more help with this!
