Wrong URL when publicizing to Twitter

Hi Jeremy, I have the same issue as many I saw: I switched from an URL to another (workspace to online) and now every tweet from the Jetpack publicize are linking to the old one. Could you please solve this without me having to reset the stats? We have more than 3000 page views in just one day and it would be awful to loose this tracking…
