Wrong user geolocation

  • Hi, I’m using the PRO version v7.4.

    I have some users located “in the middle of the sea”, their Country is “null” on the map and the user’s country flag is the first on your flags.png file but when I manually challenge the IP (using a request to geoplugin_net – json.gp?ip=<User’s IP>), I get the right informations…

    Moreover I checked different IPs to be sure and found that, for some that seem relevant on the map, I get a result with empty informations (using the request on geoplugin.net) but the country is correct. If I check on another IP geolocation web site like iplocation_net, I get corrrect information.

    Could you please fix this? At least, clearly set the correct country (maybe using the timezone’s city reference as default position) if informations are empty.

    Well, I let you check all that: maybe my analysis is wrong.
