Wrong username error

  • Ive tried to login to a soundcloud account but everytime I try to add a username it says: Wrong Username. Even if I try to add the standard usernames (which I’ve removed before trying to add it again) and still im getting the wrong username error.

    Because I have multiple plugins installed ive tried to deactive them all except for the soundcloud plugin and I also have tried it on a clean wordpress install on another website. But it still didn’t work.

    Is there something I’m doing wrong?

    Your username should be the one in the url of your soundcloud profile.

    e.g: https://soundcloud.com/t-m
    username is: t-m

    You’ve done the right tests, so If that doesn’t work I can’t really help. Sorry

    This does seem to work for me (I was having the same problem). It’s not the username, it’s the last part of the URL, after the “soundcloud/”.
