Wrong username or password just redirects to homepage

    When the wrong username and / or password is entered into the login on the “login” page, it does not say wrong password or username.. Instead, it redirects to the homepage. Can someone help me with this? It should just say wrong username/password or something of the sort.

    Anyone? Please help I can’t seem to figure this issue out. It used to work fine then stopped… Not sure if it was caused by a theme update or now…
