Wrong value in shopping cart

    We have 4 products, the least costly is $1,995.00.

    Each time we add one item to the cart, the cart value is $1.00 not $1,995.00. Further, the value transferred to PayPal is not $1,995 but $1.00.

    We have no other e-commerce solution installed.
    We have deleted and installed the plugin and have the same problem.
    We have double checked the code values and these correctly show $1,995.00 only the value in the cart remains $1.00.

    We like the plugin but obviously can not accept the cart value being $1,994.00 less than the product price.

    What shortcode have you used? Please paste the shortcode that you used to create the add to cart button. I am pretty sure the amount value is slightly wrong in the shortcode.

    We just now discovered the hiccup: in the short code, we must enter 1995.00 and not $1,995.00. In other words, we do not enter the $ sign nor a comma.

    Issue inadvertently solved. Thank you.
