Wrong woocommerce redirect after online payment

  • I noticed that after successful online payment, my woocommerce install redirects to my-account page rather than thankyou.php page.

    I have created a custom thankyou page in /mytheme/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php but this page does not get redirected to after successful payment confirmation.

    How may I resolve this?

    That doesn’t sound right, something must be interferring with the WooCommerce checkout experience.

    Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
