Wrong WordPress Account when trying to setup

The setup is getting the wordpress.com email of the designer that helped us design the site in the past,I have no idea why his email is still in our system and no idea of how to get rid of it ??

Would appreciate assistance in clearing his info off our system and moving forward with getting the plug in setup
