Wrong! You have selected wrong answer AND decrypt[question_id] is undefined

  • When I answer on certain questions i get the error “Wrong! You have selected wrong answer.”
    but it is not blocking the completion of the questionnaire

    on certain field i get javascript errror on console (qsm-quiz.js:1913:22)

    Uncaught TypeError: decrypt[question_id] is undefined

    THERE ISN’T CACHE PLUGINS

    I try to resave questions without good results

    the problems are not blockers. I can finish the quiz to the end but the confirmation mail is not sent

    please focus on errore message and warning….not on email sending

    I have Another quiz that:

    .there Is no message “Wrong! You have selected wrong answer”

    there Is error “decrypt[question_id] is undefined”

    the email sent correctly
