WS Form won’t send

The form submissions are saved but I am not getting notified of the form submission and the sender is receiving the error message.

WS Form uses wp_mail (The WordPress mail function) to send emails, so it sounds like you have an email misconfiguration that is causing the error you are seeing. This is not a WS Form error, that error is coming back from the mail functionality that WordPress uses.

I’d recommend doing a search on Google, e.g.

https://www.google.com/search?q=%22Could+not+instantiate+mail+function%22+wordpress

… but also reach out to your hosting provider to ensure sending email is set up correctly. We also have some tips here:
