    Does this plugin work?

    I installed wsdesk today for testing.

    (1) able to successfully create ticket through support@…..email address + Form
    (2) unsuccessful to send reply, even though wsDesk shows in “green” message sent successfully. The reply does not arrive in the test email-inbox

    site like url above is not correct, I made a typo mistake.

    Anyway the plugin issue is basically unable to send out email reply directly from the dashboard even though wsdesk shows in green message sent !

    Please check the following points.

    -Have you configured Support Reply Email in WSDesk -> EMail page? Refer the documentation for reference. https://wsdesk.com/documentation/#email

    -As we are using wp-email for sending emails, Please check whether your WordPress is able to send emails. An easy test could be to create a new user to check new user registration email is send.

    -Please let us know your PHP version.

    I was considering purchasing the Woocommerce version after testing. I will try contact you through your main website,

    Just for your info;

    My Woocommerce is able to send order email……so its definitely not a host issue.

    -Please let us know your PHP version.
    -Please configure “Support Reply Email” in WSDesk -> EMail page same as your woocommerce from email.
