[hphp] [27920:7f5881fff700:1737:000001] [] \nFatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in /www/myfrenchcity_354/public/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 1558

Can you test before releasing an update please

Same error for me. I disabled ninjaforms from command line and wsod disappeared. I gave the same error stated above: wp_get_current_user().

Same here. I see the issue with WordPress 4.2.2 (multisite) and NinjaForms 2.9.12 OR 2.9.13.

The server responds with 500 errors and the error.log is filled with entries similar to those posted above by frenchmedia:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in /var/www/html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 1558

Reverting to NinjaForms to 2.9.11 solves the problem.

    Same here.

E_ERROR: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user()

We’re looking into this now. Our support team cannot replicate the issue locally and we did test and this issue was not revealed. We’re trying to determine the cause now.

    Hey Guys,

Very, very sorry about this. Some capabilities checks that we were performing got moved without us realising it.

Version 2.9.14 will clear this up for you.

    Apologies again!

    Thank you, Kevin!

@frenchmedia, @duuk, @gabehammersmith, and @lmartins, please confirm that the update to version 2.9.14 resolves your problem.

Yes – I can confirm that 2.9.14 fixed the issue for me.

    Thanks!

This update 2.9.14 (20 May 2015) caused my site to crash and gave me the following error. I had to deactivate ninja forms, to keep the website up and running! (browser IE11 & I’m not multi-site)
    My website: https://www.thedogsnetwork.com
Fatal error: NF_Forms::get_all(): The script tried to execute a method or access a property of an incomplete object. Please ensure that the class definition “NF_Form” of the object you are trying to operate on was loaded _before_ unserialize() gets called or provide a __autoload() function to load the class definition in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas10_data03/58/2506458/html/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/classes/forms.php on line 51

    Error scenario:
1- Clicked the contact Us form made with ninja forms
2- Go to login page –> above error was generated
And afterwards the whole site kept giving the same error
Deactivated the plugin, and reactivated again –> same error!

For me the latest update 2.9.14 did solve the problem. Thanks!

After the wsod with 2.9.13 I uninstalled the nija forms and did a re-install with 2.9.14. Since then I’m not able to network activate my installation.

    Any ideas what to do?

    Sorry,

found out for my selves: activation from the plugin within the site it selves.
