wtf.. comment box not showing up

Revert to Twenty Twelve theme temporarily and see if the comment box appears. Also if you have comments disabled/ comment box removed.

That means the problem was theme-specific.
Which theme were you using? Where did you download it from?

ealier theme was fine.. but i tried some coding on theme

You could reinstall the theme if you messed it up?
