    Hello @svlasakidis,

bypassing_apache means that your server does not support redirects from the .htaccess file when loading multimedia files, such as .jpg or .png files. So technically there is no way a plugin can work in this situation.

Do you think the plugin is doing wrong, that it tells you there is a problem, explains what the problem is, and the user is aware of it? The problem is very easy to solve if your administrator of server has some knowledge. However, often people pay for hosting and technical support knows nothing and is unwilling to help. And that’s why there are so many threads in the support forum.

I created a plugin FAQ to describe everything. I even created a special thread in support forum where I explain all these issues in detail. I have spent a lot of time so that anyone can find help, even if they don’t have technical knowledge. But well – how can I expect someone to appreciate it.

For people with such problems, I created the Pass Thru mode. It doesn’t require .htaccess redirects, so every user has an alternative. So I don’t understand why you are adding this type of opinion. Do you get a free plugin and still have the problem that the plugin can expect anything from you?

    Best,
    Mateusz
